Bible Study - Elijah and Elisha (34) - A Double Portion of Thy Spirit

3/30/22 - God is going to take Elijah into heaven, and Elisha desires a double portion of the Spirit of God that he might accomplish the work of God as Elijah had.

During times of great darkness, deception, and wickedness God called and equipped two great prophets to service. By the power of God they wrought great miracles, including the first resurrections found in the Bible. They challenged the prophets of Baal, and boldly withstood the wicked kings and leaders of Israel. We pray the Lord will strengthen and encourage our hearts through the study of their lives.
